Refund policy

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date.

For defective merchandise purchased on additionjewelry.com, we offer a free return or exchange within 100 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email info@additionjewelry.com within the applicable return period. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Addition Jewelry before merchandise is sent back. We will provide you with the return instructions.

For regular returns and exchanges, merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition may be rejected at the discretion of Addition Jewelry.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will arrange for the replacement item to be sent once the return has been processed.
